Little Hippos Pediatric Dentistry

I brought my kids to Little Hippos purely off the 5 star reviews, knowing this was my kids first visit and I wanted it to be with a dentist known for being gentle and well liked.
All the reviews were true, everyone was super friendly and did a great job of explaining everything. Unfortunately my daughter had to come back for a small filling, which she was initially a little nervous and scared since she had never had the experience. We were both extremely happy that she didn't even need to be numbed and the Dr explained everything she was doing and my daughter was very comfortable.
We look forward to our next cleaning!

The office staff and doctor is always polite and delicate with your children. I rarely have an issue and if there's a insurance problem for example, I was able to set a payment plan. Stephanie was also a great help and very pleasant. This is the one and only pediatric office my 5 and 7 year old has attended and I hope to never need to change to anyone else. Keep up the great customer service!

Horrible/traumatic experience for my special needs kid... when trying to get X-rays forwarded to my sister who is a dmd they had me fill out the paperwork but never sent them... receptionists have very little customer service... if you are going for just a cleaning then it's fine... but anything more I would look elsewhere

Great place for little ones. I have been taking my daughter here since she could first visit the dentist and she loves it. They have a nice waiting area and the dentist/staff are very friendly and pleasant with children. And they have a run little coin machine at the end that gives various toys/stickers. Great all around for kids.

I just now received a statement from them about four to five months after the appointment. All it said was balance forward. When I called to ask about it they said they use a third party biller and I can get an itemized list from the office. I asked why that wasn't already on the statement since this is the first one I received and they just used the excuse of the third party biller. They said they sent me multiple statements, but this is incorrect. Given that this was my first experience with them, I will not be going back. I appreciate that my insurance may have denied charges and I may owe, I do not appreciate being sent a bill with absolutely no detail on what date of service, child or charges I'm being billed for.

Great job with young kiddos! My daughter had her first dentist appointment and was pretty nervous. They did a great job with the xrays and the cleaning both! The hygienist showed her the tools and how she would use them on her hands, first. There are also TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch. Lots of stickers and goodies for a reward!

Stephanie cleaned my sons teeth and she was great! Very good with kids, we were taken on time no wait at all. I would come back again.

The staff is fantastic here! They walk me and my children through every procedure when they do it. Definitely recommend them for pediatrics!

Great team and staff that work here. Doctor is very warming and just great overall. I take both of my children here and will continue.
